Laundry Room Countertop Receptacles

Containers for laundry counters . This circuit can power a washing machine or gas dryer. In our reno plan, we'll be placing the counter above the washer and dryer, so we don't want to cut holes in the counter for those outlets.

(1) Repair existing floor covering insulation and water damaged joists and sub-floors. I thought about lowering the outlets so they are under the counter. Vessels installed in accordance with § 210.8(a)(5) are not considered to comply with § 210.52(g).

In laundries and laundries, GFCI devices should be installed in outlets six meters from sinks, washing machines and water heaters. I thought about lowering the outlets so they are under the counter. Washing machine removal requires a special 20 amp circuit. Similarly, how wide is the laundry room counter?
